17 Month Update / First Trip to the Farm

How are we nearly at a year and a half.... 7 months until you're two! It is going so fast I'm finding it a bit scary. Your personality is coming on leaps and bounds and I often watch you thinking what an incredible little person you are. So kind, caring, affectionate, boisterous, playful... you're just my perfect baby! I watch you at playgroups, never snatching toys of Children, never being mean to anyone, wanting Mummy to come play or waiting at the biscuit table in the hope of getting an extra one. I love you so very much.






17 Month Milestones -

• Learnt to jump with both feet off the ground
• Size 6G shoes
• Still on one nap a day for 1-2 hours
• Loves his bedtime books and can listen to me read 7 plus books
• Still co-sleeping <3
• Likes to communicate 'no' to a lot of stuff by shaking his head
• Favourite game is playing chase and running from the living room to the hallway and back again.
• Enjoying dog walks with Jess and Molly
• No longer enjoying nursery rhymes at bedtime and shakes his head when asked should we sing one
• Favourite word is 'more'
• Favourite fruit is blueberries and can eat the whole packet in one go
• Mainly in 18-24m clothing but also some 12-18m and 2-3yrs.
• Loving Peppa Pig, Peter Rabbit, In the Night Garden, Bing
• Loves to sit on balloons and bounce up and down on them

Favourite Memory - Mothers Day, which was our trip to Stockley Farm. William was most impressed with the huge muddy puddles in the outdoor play area and would have literally spent all day there but we had an amazing day! We had a nice lunch, a great chocolate brownie, Fed the cows, saw all the baby animals and spent some quality time together as a family, which we don't normally get to do in day to day life! It even has a hay ride to and from the farm which I think was my personal favourite!
